Memorial Day

1. Memorial Day is the day when those who fought in the war died in service and memorial day is the day that they're remembered.
2. Memorial Day is held on the last Monday of May.
3.Some ways to show respect for veterans is to fly a flag, attend a parade and go to families and pray with them.

5.Memorial Day started with the civil war was the carnage of civil war leaving 620,000 soldiers in the deathbed.
6. I believe my family will have a cookout honoring the people that fought in the war, and thanking them for our freedom.
7. It's a great day if you have your day to yourself of course i'm not speaking for myself but others too. I do thank the veterans for their service.

I believe cheating and getting a good grade isn't a good thing because you aren't true to yourself or others and failing and not cheating can help you in ways, like you can learn the subject better without cheating and you can learn to study more. Student Success Statement  "Only those live who do good."  - Count Leo Tolstoy  I  think what Leo's trying to say is that the official way you start living is by doing good in life. Usually people say that you should live life to the fullest since you live only once, but he's saying instead of doing rebellious stuff you should start doing good stuff. If I would live life, i would help others by, donating, planting trees and finding healthier hobbies. If you wouldn't live life doing good you'll just live a life full of mistakes and regret, so living life full of good memory's and happiness is the best way to go.  While living a life of regret is not a purpose of living at all so it's best if you leave life with a good name. There are things i do regret or things i wish i have done but that'll leave life with a bad reputation, like i wish i help people more. So its okay to live with some guilt or pain but don't regret life itse

Student Success Statement  "It's a great moment when someone has character to step up and  do the right thing at the right time." -Pam Knox  It's a good feeling when you see someone do the right thing for others, knowing that someone made a choice to help others without someone telling them too is even better. So importance is a great thing, I hope that everyone could help others that need it once you actually start helping others instead of yourself you'll feel a change around your behavior which is a good thing. I don't really have a personal experience about helping others or someone helping me but it was more that I saw someone help a person. There was a kid that broke his arm and one of the other kids had helped him up and took him to his mom, now you see. the kid could've have helped him if he didn't want too but he helped him up instead.
