Class Evaluation 1. Things I like about the class are that you can pass this class very easily. The teacher is always in a good mood which is a very good thing, I like the atmosphere in this class. I do like the class but sometimes the student in them are slightly annoying but other then that this class is alright. I like using the computers since you always have something to do, and the final is not stressful at all which is great. 2. Thing I disliked about this class are writing about random people and explaining all the quotes, that's not my favorite thing to do. One other thing that I dislike from this class are that we can't use our phones but I get that we can't use them since it is school policy but I would like free time with it. I don't really like sitting next to random people since they don't talk at all so the class gets boring easily, Walking around and talking to people are annoying as well. 3. Student Success Statement "knowledge makes you powerful but character will determine your destiny." -Elizabeth Iv'e learned from many examples that even if fate determines your destiny you can can always change it and knowledge is a very strong tool not physical strength but book smart. I also believe that both of those together will change yourself completely in a good way of course.
Memorial Day 1. Memorial Day is the day when those who fought in the war died in service and memorial day is the day that they're remembered. 2. Memorial Day is held on the last Monday of May. 3.Some ways to show respect for veterans is to fly a flag, attend a parade and go to families and pray with them. 4. 5.Memorial Day started with the civil war was the carnage of civil war leaving 620,000 soldiers in the deathbed. 6. I believe my family will have a cookout honoring the people that fought in the war, and thanking them for our freedom. 7. It's a great day if you have your day to yourself of course i'm not speaking for myself but others too. I do thank the veterans for their service.
Student Success Statement "If there is beauty in character, there will be harmony in the home. If there is harmony in the home, there will be order in the nation. If there is order in the nation, there will be peace in the world. Conclusion: If there is beauty in character, there will be peace in the world." What this statement is saying is that if there is good somewhere that there will be peace and if some person that sees beauty in everything that there will be harmony in the home.
IDP Showcase experience The last time I did IDP was last semester and it didn't really go as well because I had really bad anxiety that day and I wasn't sure why but I kind of had an panic attack in front of the panelists. This IDP night went great though, I'm really happy that I'm getting better at controlling myself and other then that I'm very proud of myself and my team for showing up and trying their best and we did great. I'm glad this is the last time we're doing this because I can't risk having an panic attack again.
